HUNTING GROUND
The Bird name is drongo. The sugarcane is cut before the onset of summer and the remaining leaves are then burnt in the field and when the grass is burnt, insects fly from the grass and eat the insects. Hedrongo's behavior is that they often go inside the full mesh fire but they catch the insects and as the grass burns the insects fly and they are there in groups they hunt and eat it.
photography since 18 years for my pleasure and I have visited almost
all national parks in India. The variety, beauty, grandeur and of
course the 'action' in national parks and forests have given me some
of the most beautiful and cherishing moments of my life. It gives me
immense pleasure to be in a jungle. I always try my level best to
improve upon myself. My aim is to click at the 'best, creative and
unique' though I never did it for any kind of competition. Being an
artist, it helps me a lot when it comes to the selection of color
combination, background and light effects. Wildlife Photography is a
very tough and sometimes even risky job and for some people it may be
as going for a war. I become a part of the jungle whenever I am there.
I enjoy wildlife photography so much that, it does not matter even if
I have to climb a tree, walk in muddy waters and bushes or wait for
hours together in adverse situations of cold or rain for a good
shot.My book named WILDSCAPE has been launched recently at Raj Bhavan
in Mumbai by the hands of Honorable Governor of Maharashtra Dr. K.
Shankarnarayan and Business Tycoon Mukesh Ambani, published by M.D. of
prestigious printing media house Lokmat Mr. Vijay Darda. I have been
awarded from Environmental Forum of India,
